Aldi is the General Director of Norma Center, leading the organization’s strategic vision and project development. With a background in International Relations and Economics, he specializes in legal research, policy advocacy, environmental governance, and project development from idea to implementation.

Deart
Deart is the Secretary General of Norma Center, taking care of all the administrative tasks within the organization. He is a biology graduate, with expertise in Project Writing, Implementation and Reporting.

Keti
Keti is our Head of Research, a vital part of our mission and daily tasks. She is a graduate of KU Leuven on Psychology: Theory and Research. Her passion is Scientific Research and she is implenting it as Norma.
Jon
Jon is part of Norma Administrative Board. His main duty is to scout project calls, and assist in Project linked meetings with our partners. He is a graduate of International Relations and Government at Uni of Tirana, Faculty of Social Sciences.
Kristian
Kristian is currently employed at Deloitte Albania and Kosovo as an IT Specialist and Consultant. He as been part of Norma since the conception of the NGO. He is a graduate of IT & Economics at Uni of Tirana.
Linda
Linda is part of Norma Administrative Board. Her main duty is to assist our Secretary General in maintaining perfect communication with our partners. She is an expert in archival preservation and office management.
